The bag does not have a compartment dedicated to a laptop but it has 2 different compartments large enough to hold a laptop. The width of the pocket is 12", and the height of the bag is 16", which should fit most 15 screen laptops (measured diagonally).
Is the cooler part on top removable?
No, it's built into the bag.
Does this bag come with a changing pad?

How long will the shipping take?
We are offering DHL Express shipping on all orders. Typically, after you place your order online, we will take 1-2 business days to process it. Once your order is processed, we will ship it out. You will receive an email with your tracking number. From there, your package will take another 4-7 business days to arrive. The whole delivery process from order to invoice will take anywhere from 5-9 business days.
