The Topro Guiding Handle is an innovative mobility aid that fits easily onto the Topro range of walkers and rollators. It allows a carer, assistant or friend to help guide the rollator or walker, letting you have more confidence when heading out and about.

The easy grip handle is wipe clean and easy to maintain, and can be fitted on either the left or the right side of the walker or rollator allowing it to be tailored to the individuals needs.
